Role Description

As an SAP TM Consultant, you will align technology with business objectives, collaborating directly with clients as a trusted advisor. You will oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) best practices, ensuring effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to implement SAP TM solutions in alignment with industry best practices.

  • Manage order-based and delivery-based planning, freight order booking, and execution using Optimizer.

  • Configure and optimize freight agreements, rate tables, scales, and charges.

  • Ensure seamless integration with EWM, MM, FI, and other SAP modules.

  • Oversee the freight settlement process and 3PL/4PL integrations.

  • Support output management, workflows, and contribute to WRICEF developments.

  • Work within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams to drive innovative customer processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation and support.

  • Strong communication skills to articulate logistics and transportation issues in business language.

  • Expertise in freight order management, manual & automated execution.

  • Deep understanding of transportation planning, freight settlement, and TM integrations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment, contributing to a dynamic SAP community.
