Based on Roles and Domains you can now tailor your own Business cockpit ( SAP calls it the “SAP Fiori Overview Page” ), by grouping applications on a single page in a way that will provide a 360 degree view of your business to your users. Agree this is a 22 step task but once done it probably wont change every day while the benefits to your power users seem clear.
1. Starts as usual from the Fiori Launchpad
2. Select the overview card
3. Access the Overview Page / Cockpit
The solution remains pleasant, simple and efficient to use on all devices helping to “turn insights into action”. Personally I am also happy we now have a tool to design more complex business applications which we at ROITech progressively felt was lacking. Problem seems to be solved !
