What does this mean ? : http://news.sap.com/sap-wins-prestigious-red-dot-award-design-concept/
- This means that Dr. Vishal Sikka got it right.
- This means SAP Fiori is not only here to stay but destined to improve.
- This means your training costs will go down !
- This means you can finally adopt BYOD
- This means that the HANA Cloud Platform will gain exponential importance in the next few years ( or is it months ? )
- This means you can integrate all SAP solutions under one “design roof” ( One App across multiple Applications )
- Which means you don’t necessarily need to consolidate your application landscape the way you used to ( Complex data flows for example )
- Which means your Basis guys may still have a little something to do with HCP when the Cloud has taken over ( they will be happy )
- Which means we will continue doing more of the same !
“Introduced in 2013 as a collection of 25 apps, the SAP Fiori UX has evolved into the new user experience for SAP software, across solutions such as SAP Business Suite 4 SAP HANA (SAP S/4HANA), the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution, Ariba mobile solutions and the SAP Cloud for Customer solution. The new UX reflects a broader paradigm shift, moving from a focus on features and functions to users and their experience. As a result, SAP is bringing simplicity to a complex world so people and teams can be more productive and work better, faster and in entirely new ways.” SAP
